About Tom

I'm Tom White, founder of Eastbrook Growth Advisory. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve led businesses through complex, hands-on growth journeys, not from the sidelines, but from the front.

I was instrumental in scaling a business from early-stage to £7M revenue, without external funding. That meant building out the commercial model, growing and managing an international team of over 150 people, improving systems, and delivering consistent, year-on-year profit margin growth — all while keeping the business lean, focused, and values-led. That journey culminated in a successful 8-figure private equity sale.

Since then, I’ve stayed close to the real world of business ownership. I acquired a separate business, one I still own today, which has deepened my understanding of the day-to-day realities of leadership, transformation, and creating long-term value in a business. I'm not just an advisor,  I remain actively involved in building businesses and supporting teams.

What I bring to clients now is a calm, structured, and grounded approach to growth. No fluff, no ego — just practical support built around your goals, your team, and your pace.
